What areas do you cover?

We are based on the Shropshire and Cheshire border and proudly serve clients throughout the Midlands, including Shropshire, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire & North Wales. Also including the cities of Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Coventry, Derby, Nottingham, Stoke, Leicester, Wolverhampton, London. We will also travel further afield upon request.

Question 2

Can you really set up just anywhere?

Accepted Answer

Yes! pretty much. Our pizza and crepe tricycles are designed for maximum flexibility and can set up in a wide variety of locations.

• Off-Grid Operation: Both our pizza and outdoor crepe tricycles are completely off-grid, requiring no external electricity or water hookups. This allows us to set up in locations where larger catering vans may not be able to access due to size or lack of infrastructure.
 • Compact and Maneuvreable: Our tricycles are only 98 cm wide, enabling them to easily navigate through narrow doorways, gates, and passageways (ensure any doors, passageways  etc... are at least 1 meter wide).
 • Versatile Locations: We've successfully set up in a wide range of locations, including on the side of a Welsh mountain, in back gardens, and on a rooftop, we have even pushed our tricycles through hotels and houses before now to access set up locations.

Please note:
 • Our indoor crepe tricycle requires an electrical supply.
 • Due to the weight of the tricycles, we are unable to maneuvre them up or down steps.

Question 3

Do you have a minimum or maximum order booking, and does the size of my event affect the pricing?

Accepted Answer

Pizza:
 • Minimum: 20 guests
 • Maximum: 250 guests
We have successfully catered to events of just 15 pizzas up to 250 pizzas.

Crêpes:
 • Minimum: 25 guests
 • Maximum: 800 guest
We have been booked for 25 right up to 800 crêpes at a single event.

These experiences allows us to offer a range of packages, regardless of the size of your event. Larger bookings generally offer more competitive pricing per head compared to smaller, more intimate events. Contact us for a personalised quote tailored to your specific event and guest count.

Question 4

How much space do you need for your pizza / crêpe tricycle set up.

Accepted Answer

Our pizza/crepe tricycles measure 2.5 meters by 1 meter. For outdoor events, we recommend a space of at least 3 meters by 3 meters. This allows us sufficient room to set up and operate safely, and also provides space for a gazebo to be erected in case of inclement weather.

How many pizzas can you cook in an hour?

We pride ourselves on serving fresh, made-to-order pizzas. Each pizza is hand-stretched to perfection before being cooked in our mobile wood-fired ovens.

Our pizza oven can accommodate 4 pizzas at a time , with each pizza taking between 90 and 120 seconds to cook. This allows us to efficiently produce around 65 pizzas per hour, ensuring fast service and minimising wait times for your guests.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are fully insured with public, product, and employers' liability insurance. We are also registered with Cheshire East Council and have been awarded a 5-star hygiene rating, demonstrating our commitment to food safety and hygiene.

For every event, we conduct a thorough risk assessment and prepare a method statement to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our mobile catering service. We also provide an allergen matrix to assist in identifying and managing potential food allergens.

Question 7

Can you cater for dietary restrictions and to guest with food allergies?

Accepted Answer

We understand the importance of catering to guests with food allergies. While we can accommodate specific dietary requirements such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, egg-free, dairy-free, and halal options, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our micro kitchen setup.

We take all food allergies very seriously and will do our best to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. However, we recommend that guests with severe allergies exercise caution when consuming our food. Please inform us of any severe allergies in advance so that we can discuss your concerns and advise further.

What types of events do you cater for?

We cater for a wide range of events, including - weddings, birthdays, parties, corporate events, conferences, trade fairs, promotional branding, film sets, fundraisers, proms, baby showers, hen/stag parties,  and more!

How far in advance should we book your services?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding season, to secure your preferred date and time. However, we understand plans can change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate short notice bookings with as little as 24 hours' notice (subject to availability).

What's the recommended number of pizzas per guest?

Accepted Answer

We usually recommend one pizza per guest, which satisfies most appetites. We're happy to chat about your specific event and provide a personalised recommendation for the number of pizzas you'll need.

Do you make pizzas and crêpes fresh on site?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We believe in serving the freshest food possible. All of our pizzas and crêpes are made to order, right in front of your guests. We never pre-make or batch-cook our food, ensuring you and your guests enjoy the highest quality and freshest flavours. Plus, our service is super fast, so there's minimal waiting time!

Question 12

Do you provide plates, napkins, and other tableware?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide all necessary disposable tableware, including plates for pizzas, pizza boxes, paper cones for crêpes, and napkins. All of our tableware is compostable, minimising our environmental impact. We can provide wooden cutlery upon request and with prior arrangement (additional cost may apply). 
Please ensure adequate bin space is available at your venue for pizza boxes.
